Using equipment with someone else's Buzzcard without being an authorized user and/or not under supervision.

Penalty: Suspension from the cleanroom for up to three weeks. Repeat Offenders will incur more severe penalties.

A user is not allowed to use equipment without being an authorized user for the equipment (see Violation 1). He/she can only use the equipment under the full supervision of an authorized user (see Violation 2).
